LINNEA GAVE BIRTH TO A BEAUTIFUL MEDIUM FAWN MALE X 5x COLOR CHAMPION, SPRING TOO JAMAHL!!!

This girl is special. She is out of one of our best grey foundation females, FDA Bisturi's Persephone, who has given us beautiful babies time after time, and Timberland Alpacas' incredible, Apocalypse's Hemiaccoyo Coppertop.

Here is what the Boohers have to say about Coppertop:

"Only hours after Coppertop was born...we predicted that he would one day win the coveted “Judges’ Choice’ halter award. As a juvenile, and at ten months, he went to the CABA Classic, and won the “Triple Crown” of awards- first place in the dark fawn juvenile, then Fawn Male Championship, then finally, Judges’ Choice. As a yearling, Coppertop continued to excel, winning several more first places and championships in both halter and fleece. In 2011, his fleece took the Fawn Championship at CABA and had the highest fleece score of ALL fleece entries at the show."

Super recommendation from an iconic breeding program. We LOVE this guy... we have three of his daughters and all are lovely.

Linnea's lineage reads like a who's who of super stars... Victor, Hemingway, Cahude, Bisturi, NGG Onyx...

And, although we had hoped for a rose grey .... Coppertop does that when bred to grey... we are not disappointed in Linnea one little bit.

At her first show, Peter Kennedy declared Spring "Well conformed, (with) bright fleece, soft hand, uniform primary to secondary ratio." She has two small spots in her blanket, which lost her points on color consistency. We understand, "rules is rules." Still, with this "flaw" she was awarded a 4th place ribbon in a class of 11.

Linnea is indeed well conformed and well grown, with good bone, and a beautiful head. Her gorgeous, soft, crimpy, DENSE fleece made the grade for Our Back 40's lovely yarn.

Her second histogram is just in and she continues to produce fineness and consistency.

In short, this beautiful young female is exactly the kind of girl to have at the foundation of a quality breeding program.
